Gapillian Grazers

These herbivores look more dangerous than they really are. Their thick armor hide and massive tusks are prized by artisans who then create armor and trinkets. Those attributes, combined with their piercing howls keep most people from approaching. These creatures are only dangerous if interrupted during mating season.
Some of the elder grazers recognize the threat that is presented by hunters and possess an instinct for areas to avoid. These elders are massive beasts that will present a challenge to any tracker skilled enough to find them.

Genetics and Reproduction

Low reproductive rate and long gestation.

Ecology and Habitats

Ideally they will live in a grassland type area with wide open spaces, but they have evolved to tolerate the poor air quality of the Scraplands

Dietary Needs and Habits

Herbavore that used to be prevalent on Ord Mantell but there are now only small packs in the Scraplands but they can be found in the underdeveloped areas of the planet.
