Captain Dorsk

A member of the local Dantooine law enforcement, Dorsk was transferred to the Refugee Sector to try and whip it into shape. Exasperated by the arduous task set before him, he is trying his best to uphold the law while managing the meager supplies and personnel he has been given for the task.

Description

A large specimen of his species, Dorsk stands at a robust five feet, four inches. Proud and dignified, the captain can be seen standing at attention with proper posture when on patrol. With muscles highly toned from rigorous exercise, he can easily go toe to toe with opponents in higher weight classes.

Due to the recent added stress of his job, his physical appearance seems to have diminished a bit. When in private, his posture has a noticeable slack and deep bags can often be seen underneath his eyes. While not unprofessional, his coat has dulled noticeably and his usually groomed hair has taken on a more rugged look. While clean and stainless his clothes are often slightly wrinkled due to long nights and focus on work rather than domestic duties.

History

A native of Dantooine, Dorsk is a third generation citizen who grew up in the capital city, Garang. He was a young lad when the city was bombarded during the early days of the Jedi Civil War, when Malak assaulted the various known jedi stronholds. This tragedy was the crux event that inspired him to become a civil servant, first volunteering to aid the relief response during the crisis and later joining law enforcement.

A now 15 year veteran of serving justice, Dorsk proved to be competent enough at his job to be noted by his superiors. Respected for his ability to get the job done, and his personal ability to connect with colleagues and citizens alike, he was transferred to one of the refugee zones in order to help with the increased amount of emigrants.
