One of the Outer Rim's largest companies, Azure Saber Galactic Inc. also know as Azure Sabre Corp. deals mostly in heavy machinery, mining equipment and weapons.

When the Hutt Clan's power began to dwindle shortly after Jabba the Hutt's death in 4 ABY Elix Valen, Azure Saber's co-founder and current CEO, started to amass large amounts of influence and wealth by using his companies private military assets and clever investments in the instable Hutt Sector to his benefit.

While Elix Valen is often considered to just be another crime lord by governments such as the New Republic, he is seen as a respected business man in the Outer Rim Territories and is credited to have played a big part in stabilizing Hutt Space after Jabba's fall.
