Urpa Tinn
An older - but still ruthless - Hutt that controls Magni Spire from Nar Shadda alongside other members of his clan. He is well known for his shrewd dealings with the Empire, likely contributing to the lax control the Empire has on Mataou. While he likely has little interest in the planet itself, as it lacks any particularly lucrative resource, the ro hypa farmed by the local ranchers are a great source of poison for the Hutt Cartel.
