Jacob Jason

Captain Jacob Jason is the head of the Interplanetary Security Office (ISO) on Fresia. He is based in the ISO main office on Coromon Besh and technically reports to the mayor of Fresia, although Incom Corporation is heavily involved in all security matters on planet.
