Lightning Attack

Prerequisites: Trained in Initiative & Quick Draw

• Benefit: Once per Encounter, you can draw a holstered weapon and attack as a single Standard Action.

Special: If you have Hip-Fire Shot or Point-Blank Shot, and you are using a weapon that benefits from the effects of either feat, you gain Advantage on your attack roll.

Improved Lightning Attack

Prerequisite: Trained in Initiative, Quick Draw, & Lightning Attack

• Benefit: Once per Encounter + (a number equal to your Dexterity modifier), you can draw a holstered weapon and attack as a single Standard Action.

Special: If you have Hip-Fire Shot or Point-Blank Shot, and you are using a weapon that benefits from the effects of either feat, you gain Advantage on your attack or damage roll.

Master Lightning Attack

Prerequisite: Trained in Initiative, Quick Draw, & Improved Lightning Attack

• Benefit: Once per Encounter + (a number equal to your Dexterity modifier), you can draw a holstered weapon and attack as a single Standard Action. When you attack a target with a weapon you unholstered during the same turn, you may treat your target as though they were Flat-Footed for that attack.

Special: If you have Hip-Fire Shot or Point-Blank Shot, and you are using a weapon that benefits from the effects of either feat, you gain Advantage on your attack or damage roll or lower your target's DR by 5.

Perfect Lightning Attack

Prerequisite: Trained in Initiative, Quick Draw, Master Lightning Attack, & Commando Training

• Benefit: Once per Encounter + (a number equal to your Dexterity modifier), you can draw a holstered weapon, aim, attack, and (if you wish) reholster your weapon, all as a single Standard Action. When you attack a target with a weapon you unholstered during the same turn, you may treat your target as though they were Flat-Footed for that attack and roll against their Reflex Defense.

Special: If you have Hip-Fire Shot or Point-Blank Shot, and you are using a weapon that benefits from the effects of either feat, you gain Advantage on your attack & damage roll or lower your target's Damage Resistance & Damage Threshold by 5 + one-half your hero level.
