Master Perceptive

Prerequisites: Improved Perceptive

• Benefits: +5 bonus to Perception & Initiative. +7 bonus to Passive Perception. You are no longer Flat-Footed during a Surprise Round. When enemies attack you from concealment they can't add Sneak Attack bonuses.
