Catching your Second Wind allows you to seize the advantage in combat.

Resurgence

Prerequisite: Trained in Endurance.

• Benefit: When you catch your Second Wind, you gain a Move Action to be used immediately.

Improved Resurgence

Prerequisites: Trained in Endurance & Resurgence.

• Benefit: When you catch your Second Wind, you gain a Swift & Move Action to be used immediately.

Master Resurgence

Prerequisites: Trained in Endurance & Improved Resurgence.

• Benefit: When you catch your Second Wind, you gain a Swift & Move Action or a Standard Action to be used immediately.

Perfect Resurgence

Prerequisites: Trained in Endurance, Master Resurgence, & Combat Mastery.

• Benefit: When you catch your Second Wind, you regain one-half your total Hit Points (instead of the normal one-quarter), and a Swift & Standard Action to be used immediately.
