Perceptus

Lord Perceptus was suspected of being a part of Imperial Intelligence.  Certainly the fact that he vanished unexpectedly several weeks before the Empire fell indicates he had better information sources than most.  Perceptus was believed to be managing several high ranking traitors in the Republic.  Rumors persist that several prominent individuals both inside and outside the republic are regularly paying him hush money.
Perceptus' face was never seen in public; he wears a strange mask, it appears to be almost perfectly blank white leather, but with orange crystal eyes.  Multiple force sensitives have commented that the mask itself seems to radiate fear and pain.
