Pess Roulgra

Commander Pess Roulgra is gruff, friendly middle-aged Mon Calamari.  He is currently the Senior officer in charge of the Republic Starbase in orbit around Mirial.  He is known to be an enthusiactic card player, and routinely sponsors or informal Sabacc, Dejarik and Pazaak tournaments on board the station.
