Physical Description

General Physical Condition

Extremely stout, Kosmo is built like a bear, a bear getting ready to hybernate.

Body Features

His right arm has been replaced with a cybernetic one. He also has obvious implants in his left arm. He has imbedded LED lights and circuitry running from his temples and wrapping around his head.

Kosmo is fond of tattoos and has many spacer tattoos all over his body.

Apparel & Accessories

Prefers work overhauls with a lab coat to denote his status as a Doctor and Scientist. His attire is generally unkempt and often bears odd stains from both work and various foods.

Personal history

Kosmo was a medic in Czerka's corporate security forces. Intelligent, for a Yaka, he became the prized assistant of Dr. Thyllek Ming, an Arkanian Cyberneticist. To show off her own expertise, she trained him as a doctor and cyberneticist.
For over ten years he enjoyed all the benefits of being a successful corporate doctor. His primitive customs were considered quaint and eccentric by the denizens of the Corporate Social cliques and he was often invited to parties as a bit of a lark, a sort of unpaid entertainment. Eventually growing annoyed with this, and desiring to step out from his mentor's shadow he convinced her to allow him to strike out on his own. This went well for him, for a time, and he got the recognition he craved.
Until he got cocky, and began to violate the protocols set forth by Dr. Ming. This lead to a surgical mishap, resulting in his termination from Czerka, and a need to get away from the Corporate Sector in a hurry. He signed on as a ship's surgeon, only to discover the ship was a pirate ship. Banding together with a captive wookie and a former Jedi they managed to escape in a captured freighter and make their way to Tatooine.

No formal schooling. He was tutored by Dr. Ming for over a decade.

Failures & Embarrassments

Responsible for a botched nose job on a princess from Druidia, or so he says when asked. In reality it was not that he botched the work. It was the "extras" he added and she was less a princess then an heiress, or something.

Likes & Dislikes

Kosmo loves cybernetics, and considers them a necessity. He enjoys finding ways to fix other beings and often describes his patients in terminology that resembles that used to describe a repairing spaceship or other device.

He is prone to excess, preferring to eat, drink and revel as much as he physically can.

While not filthy, he is far from fastidious. His clothes can usually be described as clean, but well worn and stained.

Contacts & Relations

He has gotten to know some of the locals since his arrival on Tatooine, the most notable of which are the Jawas; Uttiini, Utaawwa & Wutini and the Twi'lik slavegirl Ray of Hope.

Social Aptitude

Kosmo is terrible at picking up social cues, and does not understand what most races consider appropriate dinner conversation. As such he is often considered off-putting or downright rude by the more polite species of the galaxy.
