The total cost is reduced as this ability is upgraded. The percentages are rounded to the nearest whole number appropriately (0.49 goes down, 0.50 goes up).

Level 5: 50% health, 50% force points

Level 10: 40% health, 40% force points

Level 15: 30% health, 30% force points
