Level 10: +6 to Computer Use, Security, Repair and Pilot skills. Install Jet thrusters for addition spatial movement for up to 40' a day.

Level 15: +10 to Computer Use, Security, Repair and Pilot skills. Jet thrusters upgraded to 80' a day. Ability to hover for 30 seconds (or 5 rounds if in combat) a day. Can not fire ranged weapons or use aimed equipment while concentrating on hovering.

Level 20: +16 to Computer Use, Security, Repair and Pilot skills. Jet thrusters upgraded to 120' a day. Hover ability extended to 60 seconds (or 10 rounds if in combat) a day. Can not use attack feats while hovering, but can use aimed equipment or fire up to one shot per round.
