Domatran Security Force

The military and law enforcement troops of the Codian System.
There are three main divisions of the security force: the army, the navy and the marines. Each operate independently and have different operating environments and principals.

Navy

Jurisdiction

The Domatran Navy are responsible for operations within the space of the Codian system. They are a defensive and peace keeping force for those entering and traveling within the system. They crew various starships and space stations throughout the system.

Organization

The navy is divided into regions around the Codian system. They have eight stations around the system:

• Base Aurek and Besh orbit Domatra.
• Base Cresh, Dork, Esk and Forn are in the asteroid belt

Uniforms

• Brightly colored long-sleeved undershirts.
• Starfighter pilots wear crimson.
• Crew wear orange.
• Command wear purple.
• White vests.
• White pants.
• White shoes.

Army

The Domatran Army are responsible for operations in atmosphere on hospitable planets. They are a defensive and peace keeping force. They train exclusively for the operational environments of Domatra and Codia.

Organization

The Domatran Army are divided into six main divisions: Urban, Savannah, Mountain, Plains, Sea and Atmosphere. Each division has a brigade assigned to the main regions. The brigades are divided into companies. The companies are divided into platoons. The platoons are divided into squads.

Uniforms

• Pants with epaulet embroidery up the sides.
• Long-sleeve shirts with epaulet embroidery up the sleeves.
  • The epaulets on the sleeves and pants indicate the rank of the soldier.
• Ponchos of different styles depending on the corps.
• Tall boots.
• Knit caps.

The color scheme of the uniform depends on the corps.

• Mountaineers wear greens.
• Plains wear blues.
• Savannah wear tans.
• Sea wear navy blues.
• Urbans wears dusty oranges on Codia and dark grays on Domatra.
• Atmosphere corps wears white.

Marines

Jurisdiction

The Domatran Marines are responsible for operations in inhospitable terrain, zero-g environments and ship boarding or defense. They are a defensive and peace keeping force. They train in ship to ship combat, for operations on Wesk, A'Redd and asteroids.

Organization

The Marines are assigned tied by necessity to the Navy. Marine units are assigned to Navy bases or Navy starships. The larger the station the larger the unit. Because of the specialized nature of the Marines their units tend to be smaller and more fractured.

• Metal emblems on wrist and neck that denote rank.
