Durvaxian Mark 7 Battle Armor (Dura-vax-eean)

The Sisters of the Steel Rose, also known as the Adepta Sororitas, have long been accustomed to combat and the trials of battle. Their survival came down to their wits, skill, and their equipment. Durvaxian Battle Armor is the most iconic and important tool at their disposal.

This armor has gone through several revisions over the generations, taking inspiration from Old Republic commando armor, Mando'a armor, and the recent Bene Gesserit Battle Armor. The result is a lighter, full containment power armor with increased strength, but no loss of protection.

Significance

The black with steel-trim armor with its steel rose emblem, and rose-shaped rivets, is unique to the Battle Sisters. As a result, it is as much a symbol of the order as their 'steel rose' icon. Unlike Bene Gesserit Power Armor, Durvaxian Battle Armor is modular, and so isn't custom for each wearer.

Much like ARC armors, Mandalorian armor, and similar variations, each member of the Sisterhood is expected, and encouraged, to add their own unique touch. This takes the form of sensor modifications, hidden weapon systems, and more.

The armor takes a specific set of training for the wearer to use all its functions. This training isn't available to just anyone. Only members of the Sisters of the Steel Rose, or very select allies, ever receive the proper training.
