On initiative order within a group

As everyone who plays the d6 Star Wars knows, the player with the highest Perception rolls initiative for the group.
But this is a small change to what happens once the player's initiative comes up for them to act.
On the player's turn, the GM will select one player out of the group to act first. Once that player has rolled their single action ( whatever it is ), that player then selects another member of their group ( either PC or NPC ) to act next. That PC or NPC then performs their action, and they select the next PC or NPC to act, and so on. This continues on through until all PC and allied NPCs have completed their actions ( including multiple secondary, etc actions ). At that point, the player's initiative ends.
