Tam Beseri - "The True Skill"
The Naboo sword system is a method of vibrorapier fighting based on reason, mathematics, and other diverse aspects of a well-rounded education. They call the system Tam Beseri, the True Skill, to emphasize the need for so many 'non-traditional' fighting skills.

To use Tam Beseri, a character rolls once at the start of the combat. If the character succeeds, the skill stays "up" for 2 x die code of Tam Beseri. While the skill is "up", it does not count toward skill use after initiation for determining the die code penalties.
If the character fails the roll to initiate the form or the combat has lasted longer than 2 x the die code of Tam Beseri, that character will need to leave the combat ( not go into cover but actually leave the combat ) for 30 seconds, or 6 rounds of combat in order to reactivate the form. An example of this was Qui-Gon Jinn sitting down during the fight with Darth Maul during Episode 1.
Effect+
- Add Half Gymnastics (round down) to Martial Arts when disarming an opponent or to prevent being disarmed while using a vibrorapier or stun whip.
- Add Half Scholar: Geometry (round down) to Dodge when avoiding a ranged attack, or to Melee Parry when defending against a melee attack.
- Add Half Scholar: Mathematics (round down) to Melee Parry when attempting to parry an attack.
- Add Half Stamina (round down) to Strength when recovering ( not resisting) from damage taken.
Prerequisite skills
Because this is an Advanced Skill, to learn Tam Beseri, a character needs to have a 3D in Martial Arts, 3D in Melee Combat, 2D in Scholar (Geometry), 2D in Scholar (Mathematics) and an instructor or another reliable information source ( like a holocron ) to demonstrate the movements.
