Zero G Construction Crew

Small construction business specializing in starbase construction, usually in the Mid-Rim of the known galaxy. One quarter of each paycheck is reserved in a {business expense/investment fund} which pays out half its accumulated value every five standard years, divided proportional to time as a shareholder of the company during those five years. Anyone who leaves the company before a payout gets zero. Also, the dba/office admin is an employee of the company, does not get money withheld, does not get a share of the payout, and probably did not last more than 2 to 3 years anyhow.
Once employed a recent college graduate named "Vanya Ysadora" who wanted to build up her savings quickly for some further training she planned to take.
