The smuggling expertise of Count Tsu Vorboccioni and Captain Benacor are relied upon to investigate an area of Cadriaan Province known as "the Scrapyard", a motley assortment of long-dead ships and crumbling husks left behind after a briefly prosperous time. Perhaps useful supplies can be quickly and quietly salvaged.

Intel suggests that a journal may exist in the Scrapyard on any of the derelict ships there, detailing a route to a secret Old Republic supply depot from the very beginning of the Clone Wars. Razak confirms the historical existence of such a supply depot, though he never visited it personally and cannot suggest where it might've been located in the entire Tapani Sector area; he heard that it was shut down at the end of the war, when the Separatists surrendered. Supposedly a Bothan found it and left a written and an electronic journal about how he found it; the written one is probably long gone, but the electronic version may still exist on a data crystal somewhere in the Scrapyard, on the Bothan's abandoned ship.
