One of the seven Bone Sages that rule the planet of Eox. Niazdel is tasked with assigning ambassadors for Eox to go out into the pact worlds.

As the head ruler of the Eternal Convocation, Niazdel oversees assigning ambassadors to represent Eox across the pact worlds.
While being pro-pact, he is not that caring for races that are of the living. He has a very condescending view on other races, considering himself to be above them.
He did vote in favor to give five non-eoxian travellers who were stuck on the planet because of the drift crash citizenship. Primarily because they have helped the Historical Archive of Undeath greatly with its research.

Despite all his flaws when it comes to viewing other races as lesser, Niazdel strives to make Eox safe for all races who live on the planet. Once a citizenship is dealt out to an outsider, Niazdel makes sure that they feel as welcome as they possibly could.
The reason being is that, even though Eox is a dead planet that is filled with radiation- he stroly believes that their civilization can prosper.
His motivation is to make sure Eox becomes a suitable & viable choice for people who which to settle elsewhere. Of course, it is a minor headache that the entire planet is dead, but so is he, and he is coping with it just fine! Eox is a place for everybody, not just dead people!
