Meletis, Captial City of the Helios World.
Meletis is the polis of learning, magic, and progress. It is a city-state of progressive thinkers, pious thaumaturges, and wise oracles. Meletis was born from the defeat of tyranny, and to this day it retains a spirit of the triumph of free thought over brutish force. Meletians pride themselves on their great temples to the gods, their thaumaturgical academy, their great works of architecture, and for their Reverent Army. The Twelve, a council of philosophers headed by Perisophia, serves as the ruling body of Meletis. It is in Meletis that the Helios Stargate is kept along with several gates of another sort the citizens use.

Varying among the races but the majority are Humans, with Dwarves and Elves being a close second and third.
Government
Consociationalism through the Ten Guilds found on the world. These Guilds are found on many of the worlds in the Nyxian Galaxy.
Defences
Magically re-enforced marble brick walls with built-in towers and seemless gates.
Industry & Trade
multiple staples of food, fabrics, metals, minerals, herbs, weapons, and armor. Mana Crystals and Spirit Cores are also abundant resources available to the public.

Nearly the same as the Athens of Earth.
Assets
Ships(Sea and Sky fairing), tomes of magical knowledge often used, found or written in colleges. artworks, metalwork, blacksmiths, jewelry crafting, and magical golems.
Guilds and Factions
The Ten Guilds, each guild has its own distinct ideology that unifies its members with one another, with the guild itself, with its functions and purposes, and with its structure.
History
According to the planet lore, Heliod had created the first settlers of the area and showed them how to survive in the world, giving them guidance on many of the basic talents, crafts and skills the citizens have perfected over time.
Architecture
The architecture found in this city it uncanny in its appearance to mirror that of ancient Athens found on Earth.
Natural Resources
The bulk of natural resources come from all over Helios. Like all Nyxian worlds the planet is rich in special crystals filled with the elemental mana that is so far unique to the Nyxian Galaxy. Nyxborn citizens use these crystals in various ways including as power sources instead of fossil fuels.

Your article seems pretty bland, and the fact that you only filled in the template in key words doesn't help that either. If you want to use keywords for some of the paragraphs, you should instead use them as key-value-pairs in the side bar. Some of the chapters, though, are screaming for more information: What about that mystery called in the history-paragraph is true? What kind of "bulk of natural resources" are you talking about? Why are there ten guilds, and what kinds of guilds are they?
This is a game campaign setting, its get fill in and updated over time. Also the whole world setting is being filled in as fast I'm able to. The campaign hasn't started yet.
