Phantasia

Phantasia is a planet in the same system as Starlo, one orbit out.  It is a frigid wasteland, closely resembling Antarctica planet-wide. 
Long ago, Phantasia was in fact quite habitable. Unfortunately, during the early solar system, it was kicked further away from its star. Without the warmth necessary to keep water liquid, its oceans slowly froze over, leading to the planet covered in the snow and ice that we see today.
Complex life slowly froze to death over a few million years.
Microbial life is doing pretty well, at least.

Geography

Given that pretty much the entire planet is covered in deep snow, it's hard to make out any particular landmarks.
That being said, a couple mountains peek out through the snow. One of the tallest is Mt. Obstinate, named after, well, its refusal to stay beneath the snow.

Ecosystem

Microbes. Just microbes. Nothing but microbes. Everything else is dead, Jim.

Climate

Phantasia is frigidly cold all over, and covered in snow.  Only the tallest of mountains peak out of the miles of glacier burying the planet.
Occasionally it will snow, adding more layers onto the white landscape.
