Concussive Blast

Discipline: Psychokinesis [force]; Level: Psion 2   Manifesting Time: 1 standard action   Range: Medium (100 ft. + 10 ft./level)   Target: One creature   Duration: Instantaneous   Saving Throw: none; Power Resistance: yes   Psi Points: 3   A subject you select is pummeled with telekinetic force for 2d6 points of force damage. You can choose to instead have the power deal an equal amount of non-lethal damage. Concussion blast always affects a subject within range that you can see, even if the subject is in melee or has cover or concealment (you cannot use this power against creatures with total cover or total concealment).   Unattended objects (including doors, walls, locks, and so on) may also be damaged by this power.   Augment: You can augment this power in any of the following ways:
  1. For every 2 additional psi points you spend, you may select an additional target. Any additional target must be within 15 feet of all other targets.
  2. For every 3 additional psi points you spend, increase the damage by 2d6
  3. If you spend 3 additional psi points, this instead affects a 20 foot burst within range, and leaves an area of turbulence for one round per level. Creatures in the area at the start of your turn take the same damage as the initial burst, though a fortitude save halves this.
