You create rope-like coils of crystal that bind and constrict your foe. A creature caught by these bonds is gagged and immobilized. The bonds deal 3d6 damage to the victim immediately, and 1d6 damage at the beginning of each of your turns.
A creature caught by the crystal can take purely mental actions. The target can escape by taking a full round action to make a Strength or Dexterity check (DC 20). The bonds themselves have an AC of 7, hardness 10, and 35 hit points.
Augment: You can augment this power in any of the following ways:
- For every additional psi point you spend, increase the AC and hardness of the bonds by 1 and their HP by 5.
- For every 2 additional psi points you spend, increase both the additional and continuous damage by 1d6.
- For every 2 additional psi points you spend, increase the maximum size of the target by one size category.
