You concentrate gravitons from your surroundings into one area, doubling gravity there. Increase the effects of gravity there by one step (from zero to light to normal to heavy to extreme). If there was no gravity there to begin with, then this is oriented in a direction of your choosing.
Augment: You can augment this power in any of the following ways:

1. For every 2 additional psi points you spend, increase the radius by five feet.
2. If you spend four more psi points, the effects of gravity are halved instead. This reduces the effects of gravity in the area by one step.
3. If you spend 5 additional psi points, gravity is changed by two categories instead (from normal to extreme, for example)
