By an act of pure focus, you can force your will upon reality in virtually any way you can visualize. However, even this mighty power has its limits. For example, reality revision can do any of the following:

• Duplicate any power of 6th level or lower
• Duplicate any other power (but not a spell) of 5th level or lower
• Undo the harmful effects of certain spells or powers, such as feeblemind.
• Produce any other effect whose power level is in line with the above effects.

At the GM’s discretion, you may try to use reality revision to produce even greater effects, but doing so may be dangerous and the power may only have partial effect. A duplicated power allows saving throws and power resistance as normal, and is augmented to 20 psi points.
