Telekinetic Force

Discipline: Psychokinesis; Level: Psion 2   Manifesting Time: 1 standard action   Range: Medium (100 ft. + 10 ft./level)   Target: One or more creatures or objects with a total of 25 bulk or less.   Duration: Concentration, up to 1 round/level, or Instantaneous; see text   Saving Throw: Will negates (object Power Resistance: Yes   Psi Points: 3   In the purest expression of psychokinetic force, you lift and shift your target by force of will alone. This can be used in one of two ways:   Sustained Force: By focusing on gradually applying your will to the target, you can generate a steady force to it. You can move the target up to 20 feet per round in any direction. If the target leaves range or you cease concentrating, the target immediately drops. You can drop a weight and pick up another during the power’s duration, so long as you maintain concentration. An object moved this way can be manipulated as if you were moving it with one hand.   Thrust: Alternately, you can unleash the full power of your mind at once on the target, sending them flying. You can hurl one creature or object per manifester level as long as each is no more than 10 feet from another and they total less than the maximum Bulk you can affect. Each can be hurled up to 10 feet per manifester level. You may throw them at a specific target by making a ranged attack roll against the target’s KAC, you may use your key ability score modifier instead of Dexterity when making this attack. Objects deal 1d6 damage per point of bulk (for hard, dense objects) or 1 damage per point of bulk (for less dangerous objects). Creatures are allowed a will save to negate the effect if they are being thrown, not if objects are being thrown at them. This use of the power has a duration of Instantaneous.   Augment: You can augment this power in any of the following ways:
  1. For every 2 additional psi points you spend, increase the Bulk limit by 5
  2. If you spend 4 additional psi points, you may launch a single willing ally other than yourself at your foes. You may move them to anywhere within range, and their route of flight can go around or above objects and enemies if there is room and they stay within range. If they land adjacent to an enemy, they may make a single melee attack against that enemy as a Reaction. This use changes the range to Close (25 ft. + 5 ft./2 levels).
