Shield intrusion followed by 9 phaser burst shots (which will directly damage the hull), with phasers fully overloaded, should be sufficient to destroy a Klingon Bird of Prey.

Bow (front): avoid this side. Note two phaser cannons at ends of port and starboard arms (starboard phaser is firing), and torpedo launcher at front of bow.
