To find more bridge officers for your crew:

• From the initial shuttlecraft main menu, choose North American servers, which typically have busier quickmatch lobbies than other servers
• From the initial shuttlecraft main menu, ensure DLC is enabled, as DLC-enabled quickmatch lobbies typically have more officers than non-DLC lobbies
• Sometimes, "lobby surfing" (quitting a lobby and then re-entering quickmatch) can help find an existing lobby with officers in it faster than waiting for a new lobby to fill up
• If an existing lobby with officers is found, the "looking for match" screen will typically disappear almost instantly; if it remains for a few seconds, that often means you will be creating a new lobby; sometimes you may wish to hit "cancel" to be able to "lobby surf" faster
• There are a number of Discord servers, Facebook groups, and other social media listed at Other Networks where bridge officers coordinate duty times or post "looking for crew" messages when they are about to go on-duty
• Add other players you play with to your friends list, so you can later join their games and invite them to your games (does not work on Quest native)
