Creating an account

Create a free account in order to:

• Post to the discussion boards
• Submit mission reports for the leaderboards and STBC HQ missions
• Post comments on the bottom of articles
• Send messages to other STBC HQ subscribers
• Sign up for notifications of STBC HQ updates

Creating a personnel file

• Creating a personnel file is optional; bridge officers can subscribe to STBC HQ without creating a personnel file
• You can set your personnel file, or certain sections of it, to be public (visible to everybody), private (visible only to you), or shared only with members of your bridge crew (see the section on personnel groups below)
• You can update or revise your own personnel file at any time
• Benefits of a personnel file:
  • Share information about your character and/or yourself (including, if you wish, Ubisoft username, platform, etc.) with others (public or a private group)
  • Link mission reports and leaderboard entries to your profile
  • Maintain a public mission log and/or a private personal log of your own missions
  • Upload photos of your avatar or character
  • Upload images for your own image gallery
• Both in-character (IC) and out-of-character (OOC) personnel files are welcome
• To add your personnel file to STBC HQ, login (or create a free account), then click this link to list your personnel file on STBC HQ
• If you have any problems or questions about personnel files, post a comment below or on the discussion boards

Creating a personnel group

• To create an STBC HQ personnel group, post a request on the discussion board including:
• Name of the group
• Self-assign: Y/N (whether STBC HQ members should be able to assign themselves to this group, or whether assignment should only be by request)
• List of STBC HQ user accounts to be assigned to this group
• Bridge officers do not need to have a personnel file in order to be members of a personnel group
• Personnel group members will have the ability to share their personnel file (or selected portions of it) only with other members of their personnel group
• Personnel groups can have articles on STBC HQ that are visible only to members of the group
• Personnel groups can have discussion boards that are accessible only to members of the group
