The only requirements for a travel guard is the ability to fight; and combat skills or a power, or both.

Payment & Reimbursement

Usually, all company-employed travel guards are paid by the day, roughly around $3.52-$4.27 a day, with additional bonuses based on the dangers of the journey.
Privately hired or externally contracted travel guards have much less predictable sources of income, as wages are determined by agreements between the guard and employer.
