Maze of Maalvar

Between the mountains and the sea east of Khourane  lies the tangled Maze of Maalvar, a trackless and impenetrable region of forest and sheer mountain gorges. This is the home of Maalvar the Minotaur. The creature is said to be learned and intelligent, but subject to uncontrollable explosions of bestial rage.
