The Universe Spread of Helio
The Universe Spread of Helio is a 9 days festival surrounding a natural light event, spectacle on a Black Altar, the Helio's one. This event is known mainly to be followed by the Pure Kharises and Humans, but sometimes, foreigners follow through the festival.
People also made a cocktail from many fruits and existing alcohols, the War Appeaser for the Humans, named Ik'Lax for the Kharises, from an ancient term "Ik a Lax, Ik a Khapo", meaning "Appease a war, appease people". This alcohol is more or less customizable, but has at least 3 fruits, one veggie, and an alcohol : the mainly used fruits are the Xedr, a kind of apple which grows from huge flowers, seen generally on Arrhein and some luxurious jungles with very rich-in-magnesium soils. The two others grow almost everywhere, except frosty climates : the Lok and Yu-Ari. The first looks like a pink eggplant, the taste of that fruit is similar to a fruit salad, and is generally much larger than normal eggplants. The Yu-Ari is a little purple circled fruit, with a flower at her top, with few leaves, it grows on huge trees, and can reach one meter tall, and weight 20 kilos if it's reach is full grow. The veggie in question is basically poisonous, but the locals knew how to cook it and make it very tasty : They heat it for one hour, add some water for the last 20 minutes, and at last, smash the right part, which ejects is poisonous sacs, then the poisonous liquid evaporate, and it's bean form has a sweet and acid taste, which can barely remember some citrus fruits.
The most famous base alcohol used for those cocktails is generally a human alcohol call the Bsilö, basically a blond beer, the major producer made another beer based on it, but has 25° instead of the 10° of the first one.
There are also numerous trinkets sold during the festival, going from the simple high quality footage of the spectacle, to the micro-representations of Def'Zhi or the Star Altar, going to diverse items personalized at the colors and symbols of the event, like the moon, purple and red 4-branched star or the Hydrequal Road, made of a blue line and sea waves with peoples on it.

Origins
The tradition, event, festival is born from the first vision of the magical spectacle of light caused by the Kerinag sun reverberating light through the two moons and the Star Altar. The first observation of the phenomenon was on -345 B.A., on Oxelis, thanks to permanent observations of the sky in prevision of the early preparations for the space travel, which will appear on -312 B.A.The Festival
The festival itself is based on a huge radius of dozens kilometers around the Black Altar of Helio, in a huge polyrace city called Def'Zhi, with a population of ~800 000. This population nearly increase by 7 times during the 9-days event : Thanks to the Hydrequal Roads started to be built on 1768, the city can support that much people. These structures are water and Psi based roads which are used to access with an easier way each part of Def'Zhi as well to create a massively huge amphitheater of twenties of million persons.
The Universe Spread
The Universe Spread is itself a huge light spectacle of around 1 hour and 43 minutes, based-off the placement of the 2 moons of Helio ; Hero and Demon ; and the Star Altar, as well known as the Helio's Black Altar, taking its name from the 8-branch star shape between the 8 pillars of the structure. The show is a natural light piece of art, showing like the birth of a universe, stars, planets, and weird biped people due to the light reflection of the moons and an internal mechanism of unknown holographic projectors and mirrors.Food, Drinks and Trinkets
The festival of the Universe Spread is, as well to most known feasts a place of food and drinks, especially for the Star Pickles and the Galaxy Juices, produced from a fruit similar to potatoes, but, sweet, red and bigger : The Glutton's Potato.
Star Pickles are generally red colored pickles, having a sweet and light taste, with the same length and weight as classic potato pickles. Those things are generally 4-branch star-shifted, as one of the Universe Spread symbol, but can be simple cooked glutton's potatoes slices.
The Galaxy Juice is a red juice (obviously) made of glutton's potato juice, with around 3 000g of it to make 300ml of galaxy juice, which makes it more or less expansive, but even the middle-class Kharis or UNSC people can easily drink multiple of them on the event.

Political State
Helio is, as well to the Star Altar and the surrounding structures considered as an international neutral structure, a peace place of trading and living. During the 9 days of the Universe Spread festival, the planet often become an economical spike, going aside extremely economically prolific zones like Sû'Grâan or the Light Market.Treaty of the Interracial Limits
In the TIL (Treaty of the Interracial Limits), the Universe Spread festival and its light spectacle cause Helio and his two moons Hero and Demon to be a place of peace and armistice. Any war which would be caused on this territory would have huge repercussions on the international domain.
