Drakewia

A coastal country of Kobolds ruled by the ancient brass dragon Kotakan a benevolent, to the Kobolds at least, ruler who stepped in 60 years ago or so to help a massively struggling Kobold nation who’d been all but exterminated by The Timathian League.

Kotakan's size and battle prowess would make even certain avatars pause if confronted directly in a one-on-one match, however, as his ancient nature and the short time span in which he’s been a leader would indicate, this is really the first time he’s not been on their own. No one is really sure how he’ll improve the nation long-term, but he’s certainly given them enough protection over the last 60 years to re-populate a major city and its surrounding areas. It’s hypothesized that given enough time he might’ve tried to make them as plentiful as the goblins of the Numarian Empire, but no one knows his true goals as he approaches the end of his considerable lifespan.
