Lunar Beasts

Long have two species of animals long been associated with Mo'real and So'Real, Stolaria's twin moon, the So'realian Stag and the Monitor of Mo'real.

These two species of animals are both incredibly rare, though Monitors are almost exclusively observed in large swarms that can number in the hundreds. While species are nocturnal, they are usually seen only on nights where their respective satellite holds prominence in the sky.
While the cold-blooded Monitor's are more frequently seen in the southern half of Stolaria, and the hardy Stag frequents regions to the north of the Rimespan Mountains, both species have been seen throughout the continent and barrier islands.
