Mr. Pendral

Mr. Pendral was a represenative serving one of the wealthier parts of Detrimene territory. It was revealed that he had been responsible for providing an unknown source, revealed to be Jethro Detrimene with fuel for his experiment. He trafficked citizens of New Lamberton to the lab once belonging to Jethro Detrimene, those lives were later lost during the episode with Barten Selmy. Mr. Pendral was found by the adventurers tasked with saving Barten, horrible disfigured by the machinations of Jethro Detrimene. He now lives imprisoned once he was formally removed from the parliament. 
It is rumored that you can hear the sound of his new metal feet clanking against the steel floor when you get close to the prison.
