Peliyous Avhoste

Leader of the Sky Sails and a descendent of the first Sails, who fled from an empire based out of the Rimespan Mountains.
Peliyous is a charming young man, as good with his words as he is with the blade. Cloud kin to both Yehani and @Khari Zev Peliyous is the type of captain that has served in every rank and position on a skyship. Confident in any environment, Peliyous has wandered the world from tip to tip and is older and wiser then his handsome appearance suggest.
Currently Hecate's lover, the captain hopes to use her power and that of the Prismatic Orrery to guide his people's future. As The Skycaptain, Peliyous nominally rules Sojurner's Holdfast and its many ships, but the seat of the Skycaptain has never truly been a throne.
He also hopes to find a cure for him and his family's curse, as Avhoste line bears the ever present mark of lycanthropy. His condition is not well known amongst the members of Sojurner's Holdfast.
