Sandsteppe Citadels

The only permeant structure of the Rhok'delar. These evermoving buidlings are pimrarily occupied by the eldery and infirm, who would struggle with the harsh dessert jouney in tents and on bullete back. They also serve as academic centers and gather points for small tribs and groups to meet.
