Sir Relgus is Crimson Templar on assignment in the city of Jõgi who encountered Reaver after the monk and his traveling companions arrived on the plane, and is demanding of why he left his post. After Reaver explains his pursuit to stop a string of mysterious child abductions, Relgus agrees to grant him passage to the world—provided he assist with wiping out the Dorcaryn line; to which, Reaver agrees.

Sir Relgus is Crimson Templar, a devout warrior who follows the empyreal lord Ragathiel, and trains specifically in battling the forces of Hell.
