Ezhtra Ulæt was born into the Ulæt family in Vvathaf. She was quite young when she became Councilor. During 8089, due to serious political and economic pressure, the Council of Vvathaf took the unusual step as appointing one of their own as an Emissary of Vvathaf to negotiate funding and trade with Sabvath and Zhækhtu, and the selection frell to Ezhtra. While she was in Zhækhtu, the Council of Vvathaf fell, and she was effectively exiled. She is currently residing in Zhækhtu until she can decide what her next steps should be.
