In her personal chambers in her nominal headquarters under the University of Estinople, the party found a journal belonging to Fatima al-Ashemdai, the leader of the Ashmedai Cult. In it, she outlines her intention resurrect Cipher's body, separate it from his soul, and use it as "the Vessel."
