The Lady High Councilor Kham Rilæth hails from the leading family of the Marivvet District. She is a gifted and shrewd politician, as well as an able administrator. Unfortunately, she is less gifted militarily and diplomatically and Vvathaf was the lesser for it, especially with the Sirens raiding the southern Mare Orientalem (for which several other states have accused Vvathaf of aiding and abetting the pirates).
In the wake of Alvvir's Uprising, she has allied Marivvet to Khitu, and leads the Khitu-Marivvet Alliance as co-leader with Vedthu Avva.
