These bandits raid the coastal roads along the eastern shore of Mare Orientalem.
Assets
Currently, the Tollkeepers number around 25 bandits, plus Ronigh. On any given raid, about eight to ten will take part, with the rest back at their camp on guard duty, tending the camp, preparing meals, etc., or at various secret trysts where they sell their ill-gotten goods.
