Havenport Adventurers Guild Clerks

The clerks of the Havenport Adventurers Guild are the men and women that handle the paperwork and day-to-day running of the Guild. Their responsibilities run from manning the counters to processing job requests and ensuring that payments get made and are fairly distributed amongst the party. The way in which the job works is simple: An Adventurer or party of Adventurers is assigned to one or two Clerks, with said Clerks being responsible for providing them with appropriate jobs for their strength and ability.
While the job itself can be seen as thankless and less important than the Adventurers themselves, many who have this profession see themselves as being as integral to the Guild as those that complete the various jobs and quests that the Guild receives. The Guild provides a variety of benefits and bonuses to its staff, the least of which is a steady base salary, and then a bonus based on the number of jobs successfully completed by the Adventurers under the Clerk's perview.

Qualifications

An Adventurers Guild Clerk must be able to read and write in at least Common, though additional languages are also desired. They must have a basic grasp of math, and should be prepared to work long or awkward hours, as Adventurers tend to show up at the strangest of times.

Payment & Reimbursement

Adventurers Guild Clerks are paid a base salary of 5 silver a month, with a bonus for each job completed by the Adventurers assigned to them. These bonuses differ according to the difficulty of the jobs completed, and the level of success of which they were completed.

Other Benefits

Adventurers Guild Clerks, particularly those of the Havenport Adventurers Guild, are provided on-site board and lodging so that they are always available to assist their assigned Adventurers.
