Syl'vir Baeinid (a.k.a. Wizard Eyes)
Syl'vir Baeinid is a young Elven Wizard studying at Huppledruff's Arcane University. She has lived a sheltered life due to being born frail and chronically ill leaving her bedridden her entire youth, however, in recent years her health has improved allowing her to live freely.
Throughout her life, Syl'vir has experienced visions of uncanny accuracy, absurd reality, and horrifying insanity. At first, these visions were believed to be the result of a damaged mind or spirit, another symptom of her chronic illness, in reality, these visions were very much real while her illness was a byproduct of the arcane power which strained her body and spirit beyond what they could handle.

General Physical Condition
Standing at average human height, Syl'vir is well above the elven average.
Facial Features
Syl'vir has pale blue eyes and a beauty mark under her left eye. At first glance, she appears cold due to her resting expression coming across as discontent, however, when talking to people her face immediately softens.
Identifying Characteristics
She has long wavy, ash blonde hair that goes past her waist. She wears half of her hair in a high bun with the rest partially braided.
Apparel & Accessories
Prefers wearing elegant, yet simple, clothing. She ties her hair with a black bow and wears a pair of large round glasses. Syl'vir dresses in a white blouse with long puffy sleeves, a long black skirt with a blue strip in the centre, black stockings and heeled boots.
Specialized Equipment
On her right wrist, she wears a bracelet with an assortment of strange oddities of varying value that are used for specialized Divination magic. Attached to the bracelet is a thin chain with a valuable gem used for pendulum dowsing, this acts as her primary magic focus.

Personal history
Born in Havenport as the child of the merchant Yinsalor Baeinid and the diplomat
Fáriel Baeinid, Syl'vir was born frail, causing her to often become ill and forcing her to spend her youth bedridden at home.
Throughout her youth, Syl'vir's parents sunk a small fortune and pulled many political favours in pursuit of a myriad of treatments for their daughter, however, even the most respected experts from far and wide could not determine what was causing her poor health or devise a treatment that would enable her to live a normal life.
Unable to leave her home, Syl'vir spent most of her time reading, studying the world beyond the home she could never leave, or dreaming about larger-than-life adventures that would remain out of reach.
It was only in her late teens, when her body grew strong enough to function normally, allowing her to leave home. Due to this, Syl'vir has struggled to connect with others or function properly in society.
Education
Primarily homeschooled, Syl'vir has had the finest education from the most prestigious tutors. Currently, she is undertaking further education at Huppledruff's Arcane University.

Highly educated and capable in the use of magic Syl'vir specializes in the school of Divination and has a broad understanding of the Arcane tradition in general.
Beyond her skill in Divination magic, Syl'vir is competent in using Abjuration, Conjuration, Illusion and Enchantment magic, but struggles in the application of Transmutation and Evocation magic. Furthermore, while knowledgeable in Necromancy arts, she has never dared to perform them.
Due to being bedridden for her entire youth due to illness, Syl'vir is physically frail and suffers from near-crippling social anxiety and has a general lack of street knowledge that clashes with what she has learned from books.
In addition, Syl'vir frequently experiences sensory overload due to her acute senses and experiences potent visions seeminglky at random.

Syl'vir strongly dislikes loud noises, strong smells of any kind, the colour muddy brown and violence. Recently she has developed a strong distaste for wild magic.
