Bactrians

The Bactrians, also known as the Bactra Hrug and the Bactrian Mountainlands, is a generally unpopulated, mountainous, backcountry region on Ghadjo's southern coast.  To the east is the Patrykos Plateau, to the south is the Ghadjo Channel, to its west is the Recs Altera highlands (with a dry valley in between), and to its north is a dry region (the "Dryhrug") before reaching the coastal city of Port Citadel.
The Bactrians are known for their ruggedness, dryness, wilderness, and isolation.  They are also known for the chimeras and rocs which are rumored to patrol the skies.
