Blacksand Bay

Blacksand Bay is the name of the large bay north of Orze Hwell. The sand on the shore's shallow beaches are black, coming from the large, black cliffs of the Mistveil Tablelands.

Geography

Shallow/narrow beach of rough-to-fine black sand, which is sediment from the black cliffs which rise up behind the shallow beach.  Some larger rocks have fallen and are dotted along the beach as well as in the water.

Fauna & Flora

Seaweed, kelp, and tidepool critters like starfish, anemones, and crab.
