Vice Mayor Bordy Plumpluck

Bordy Plumpluck is the current vice mayor of Prifhanner, a position unique to that town, serving as its representative of the town's halfling population in terms of city decisions. He does not represent Prifhanner at Moethean mayoral councils, however.
Bordy is a plump halfling male with plum-colored, curly, combed-back hair. He is quiet, well-mannered, and sleepy, posing no threat to his gnome mayor, Asparagus Greenwithenvy.  He mainly manages the import of Prifhanner's food and the production and cooking of it to its residents.
