Felias

Felias, one of the five Morian covens in the Candor Mountains, is located at the base of a bowl, surrounded by forested mountains on all sides.  The Morians of Felias are proud mountain climbers and singlehandedly patrol the busy, southern coast, to include secret surveillance of the Stristefjord, or Hevedberg Canal.
