Frigate

Frigates are large naval vessels featuring multiple masts, sails, and cannons.  Some also feature armor and other types of guns and weaponry.  Frigates are more often used for naval fighting as opposed to galleons which are moreso used for cargo and armed simply for defense.
Frigates are typically larger than galleons, which are themselves larger than caravels and galleys.
